"I honestly don't remember my first varsity point. I'm pretty sure I didn't score them until my freshman year. I do remember scoring 11 points in consecutive games that year and thinking how awesome it felt ... to actually feel that I contributed in a game. I also remember those points accounted for more than half of the points I scored that year so it's safe to say I never showed up in any opposing teams scouting reports.
If there was 1 or 2 people that stood out to you during your Trinity sports careers, who would it be? Who was always in your corner encouraging you and giving you support when you needed it most? Who inspired you to play harder, smarter, better, etc.? Who pushed you to become more than you thought you could be? Or simply who made it fun for you which happened to bring out the best in you?"

Well, to answer my brother's questions, I always remembered, like Nate Frizzell, Scott Hull and Rick Kriebel being the best. I was in 5th grade maybe when they were seniors. I also remember Mr. Cunningham being the absolute greatest fan. He was always trying to help us out and give us tips. He was great. Now I look back and wish I was more mature at that time to appreciate all he did. But ultimately it came down knowing that my-brother-was-better than-your-best-player; and I wanted some of the younger guys to see me as the guy; ie, my-teammate-is-better-than-your-best-on-any-given-night. _ J.
